Carmen Creation strives to make the most elegant Victorian Dresses on the market, we believe our customers make our store special and is why we do our best to make our customers happy.

Payment

Carmen Creation accepts PAYPAL, Credit Cards online and over the phone, Make sure the item you are purchasing is the one you really want, details can be altered email us for details. Once a dress is in the possession of the customer we will not refund you your money back, everything is hand made one of a kind just for you, alterations can be made but the shipping cost will come at the customers expense. Email us at labellabycarmen@yahoo.com if you have any questions.

Shipping

Carmen Creation ships via USPS.com unless you request a separate shipping provider, prices will vary and are based on location. Shipping with someone outside the Post Office usually costs more and those fees will be absorbed by you, the customer.

International shipments can take up to 10 days to be delivered if shipped via USPS.com. Please inquire if you wish to ship internationally with a different parcel company, UPS and FedEx delivery in 2-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Taxes, and fees added by Customs in the country you are in are not the sellers responsibilities, those fees will be absorbed by the customer. At no point will Carmen Creation pay a customs fee for an item you purchased. Customs fees will vary and are based on what you purchase. Ask your local post office about details on shipping rates and customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once the dresses and or items are ordered, shipped or in the possession of the customer no refunds will be made. No exceptions.
